We do not offer refunds however, you can view our Returns and Exchange policy below:

Ki & Co is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. 

We do not entertain returns or exchanges for facemasks due to hygiene concerns


Merchandise bought on full price:

You will need to intimate us within 2 days of receiving your order regarding size exchanges for products bought on full price.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, you may exchange the items bought for another size as long as the product is unused and has all its tags intact. In case, the desired size is not available with us, you could order another style of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website.


We do not provide reverse pick-up services. 

Steps for exchange for merchandise bought on full-price:

1. For exchange please drop us an email to sales@kiandco.com with your original order number along with details of exchange. 
2. Once approved,we shall send you the address to courier it back to us such charges will be borne by you - the customer
3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the size/style change. 
4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges. 

Merchandise bought on Discount:

Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged or returned. You are requested to refer our detailed size guide before placing your order, as size exchange are also not possible for discounted items.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy :

www.kiandco.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification.

We do not provide size exchanges on International orders as the cost of 2 way shipping and customs duties might surpass the order value. However, if there is a defect in the product kindly initmate us within 24 hrs of recieving your order and we will take nescessary steps to rectify the issue.
